I like the calories in vs. calories out idea. Maybe, since we all have different weight loss calorie intake ranges we could do the following:
Post the amount of calories you burned via cardio each day, plus indicate whether or not you stayed in your calorie range for that day.
You would get 1 point for every calorie burned via cardio and also 200 points for each day that you stay in your SP calorie range.
Obviously, if you eat less calories than SP suggests then you would still get the 200 points.
What do people think of this idea? I think it would be helpful for me because when I actually stay in my SP calorie intake range and exercise regularly, I DO lose weight! Lately, I have been a bit lax about my eating - regularly going over by a couple hundred calories or so each day... As a result, I have not really lost any weight for the past several months! :(
