I couldn't believe how hard this exercise was the first time I tried it. I can barely do 40 sec on my front and that's it. I blame it on a C-section at age 40, but really my core has never been strong.
200 look planks up but basically it is when you are on your elbos and you are in a push up posistion and hold and count. I do 50 facing to the floor then turn to the right side and stack your feet and hips and on 1 arm bent at the elbo lift those hips and count 50. Flip t the other side and repeat 50 and just for S & G do another 50 on the front with out screaming "uuuuuuuggggggg" to loud. They are a killer. Adjust numbers to your fitness level. Did I say these are a real killer. I do think sparks has a video.
