hey everyone -

I haven't worked out much this week. :( I was taking the bar exam (for 3 days!!) and although the hotel had a gym AND I brought gym clothes, I was way, way too exhausted to exercise. Just got back in town and plan to start my workouts (um... and diet) back tomorrow. I am going to start a new challenge thread for March if anyone is game. I was thinking Exercise Minutes, Crunches and Fruit/Veggie servings, as was suggested earlier.

I'm going to tally up all the points for this week and month and should have the totals posted on Saturday! Thanks, everyone for participating!! :)

Hi! Well... with the fruit/veggie counting it wasn't really clear how we were supposed to count it. I always just counted by servings. But, I think others counted each and every type they ate (if they ate a fruit salad, instead of counting that as one serving of fruit, they counted each type that was in it... like strawberries, pineapple, and banana... even though I'm sure they weren't eating a whole serving of each of those fruits!). Anyway...

Keep up the good work in February! :-)

I'm late for joining in this challenge since there is only 7 more days of February, but I really look forward to doing a challenge here in March.... any thoughts on what it will be yet?? I suffer from lower back pain so it's hard for me to do crunches on my own. I bought an AB Lounger and it really helps keep the strain of my back. I can do many sit-up/crunches without the back pain. Also, I have heard that "The Bean" is another good product to keep your back pain free while doing crunches.
