my challenge is to walk at least 3 miles everyday. i did it in the begining and got off track so here i go again. i may have strayed a little but i will never give up!

I've renewed my gym membership, so my challenge to myself is to do at least 90 mins daily circuit training.

I have started my own. 50min of cardio a day with alternating upper/lwr body work out 4 days a week. I do cardio 50min 5days a week.
