today will be a Gujarati Dinner at a friends place. They cook lots of different curries, rice, Nan or chapati or poratta and pickles, basically like a vegetarian buffet. That means I will need to make good choices and ensure I don't overeat. At least I know she uses less fat on her curries than some.

Tonight I made Ground Turkey Taco's basically taking the recipe from Spark People. It came out pretty good and my family really liked it. I also made some guacamole and a sweet and sour cucumber salad. It was a nutritional dinner, but unfortunately I ate too much. emoticon emoticon

I hear what you are saying Leslie. I generally don't eat unhealthy suppers too often. I love sweet potato fries so I make them in the oven.

We went to one of my favorite restaurants called "About Thyme". I had grilled stuffed chicken breast with grilled veggies & potato strips. Yummy

I had panko crusted chicken breast with sweet corn and sweet and sour cucumber salad. And I had a glass of wine - yummy. And for dessert I had a cup of coffee (just like you Leslie) and a couple pieces of dark chocolate.

Thank you Lord for blessing our steps all the way to the end.

Last night we had a SparkPeople recipe. Linguini with Spicy Shrimp Sauce and my Sweet and Sour Cucumber Salad with some wine. Yummy.

I had a turkey patty, fried in Pam, Mixed steamed veggies ( brussels sprouts, green beans and asperagus) and a mixed veggie, tossed salad..everything, but the kitchen sink.
