My hair dresser wanted to know what I had done differently. She felt that my hair was healthier. (I just wish it were thicker...it has thinned out so much.)

* I have been experimenting with taking collagen every day. I add an easily dissolvable powder to 3-4 oz of water & then mix. I add about 3-4 oz. of juice to that and take my collection of supplements.

I have a bag of Fruit, Seed & Nut clusters (organic) and take 3 in the AM as part of breakfast, after my juice drink. Then I have a 6oz. serving of Greek yogurt and start my day.

I've been doing this for half of June & all of July. So far, so good.

ELISA... emoticon ...my CocoaBerry Smoothie, according to the SP nutrition tracker is 299 calories...this is the version with a Tbsp of cream...the yogurt version is more...I use that when I am low on protein powder.

I didn't eat it today...but it is a breakfast I eat on weekends. I should say I am going to wean myself off ASAIC...as-soon-as-I-can....TURKEY BACON. I have never eaten pork, so I have never eaten bacon, until 2014, that is. I ate Turkey Bacon and now I need to stop, and I really can't imagine stopping...I hope this is a hormone thing...Turkey Bacon without Nitrates or Nitrites has more sugar than turkey! But I love it...it makes everything taste better...and now that I am tracking my nutrition I see how UNREAL the turkey bacon is...it's like bacon flavored sugar bread!

30 calories per serving of BACON FLAVORED SUGAR BREAD!!!! Excuse me, was I yelling?

So...M-F I eat the same thing for breakfast...CocoaBerry Smoothies and a coffee...I have tried to eliminate coffee, but the quality of my life subsides with the elimination of caffeine...which is weird. All indicators suggest the removal of caffeine...but even after I detox from caffeine I am still more un-happy than I should be.
CocoaBerry Smoothie:
Iced water, protein powder, ground flax, cocoa, banana, blueberries, (honey if the banana is less than ripe) and I add a a bit of dairy fat...yogurt or cream...cow milk no longer enters this abode.
