I had a slice of Ezekiel bread with 1 Tbs. of Cashew butter and some cinnamon sprinkled on it and Chobani plain Greek yogurt with 1/2 banana, 1/3 cup blueberries and 1 Tbs. pure maple syrup and Green tea.

I used to make something similar when my kids were little. Use a biscuit cutter to cut a hole in the middle, drop the egg inside and cook on both sides. The extra piece can be toasted too to mop up what the other misses. I would spray the pan or griddle with non stick spray.
I had my usual oatmeal adding an extra Tbsp of flaxseed.

A fried egg put on top of toast that had not been buttered. This is my new way of having fried eggs. When you do it this way, you eat with a fork. No butter is required!

I fixed homemade pancakes. BUT, I eat them hot off the griddle WITHOUT anything on them. That's right. I eat em bare & nekkid. Hot off the griddle pancakes don't need butter or syrup. They melt in the mouth.
