Here's more thinking: That we need to be at least 75% doing healthy stuff. For example ~ Staying w/i calorie range one day, going over calorie range the next day counteracts each other. Make sense?

emoticon Everything seems to end up on our dinning room table, now. Seems like every time I clean it off, DH comes home and drops his stuff on it. sigh

Interesting ? Elisa,

I don't think I'd want to tryt o do every thing 100% daily for one thing, at least for me it's a endless effort always need to improve no matter what I'm doing. That's just me..

Tried to eat well was going well until my Institute meeting. ate before going since they were eating at 6:30 I eat at 4pm, so ate before going. But good food was there. Ate food I never knew what it was. Some one said that they felt they were eating dandiloins not sure of the green that we in it but it was good.
Bad thing I did not exercise :(

Today I made my husband laugh. He says I eat more health consciously on days when I work out with my firends, so today I was careful of what I have put in my mouth so far. On the other hand, I am saving my calories for dinner - Italian sausage and peppers, so there is the unhealthy. emoticon

Zumba and Step aerobix later tonite.

Remembered all my supplements and have been eating healthy.
Answered mail and helped a few people out.

Healthy: yoga this morning, tracked food, baked breakfast.

Unhealthy: while I might be in range for the calories, there is some junk food in there. Sigh. Moving is stressful.

Did not really do well with eating, I know sham, sham. My good thing I did not finish my dinner:) saving it for after church tomorrow.

I took my 3rd son with me to eat and was treating him to a meal, did not know it was a pizza joint....ordered small pizza came to me like it was a size med....it was good though.

It's been a long day, see you all tomorrow.

Healthy:
Remembered to take all my supplements and eat breakfast before heading out.
Had a tasty salad for lunch.
Did some research on health related topics and sent friend cold relief recipe for Ginger Lemon Tea.
Switched to a lip/eye liner with a non-toxic rating from EWG.
Spent hour at gym weight lifting.
Putting butternut squash in the crock pot with bone broth for soup tomorrow.
Then off for an Epson salt bath and sleep.

Unhealthy: Grazing after dinner which puts me toward the high end of calorie limit.

Healthy-logged my food, got up at least once an hour to walk around the office and did some stretching.

Not healthy-got bad news and turned to munchies (much healthier munchies and I logged every bite)
