DAY 3: After getting DH off to work, I climbed back into bed. It was 63 degrees in the house. I am needing to rest today, anyway.

RENEWNAN: Sounds wonderful!

SUGAR: Have a recliner but it is old and get uncomfortable. Have been looking for a newer one that would fit our small living room, etc.

During the day, when I take breaks, I sit in the recliner with a heating pad (usually) and have blankets nearby. Also have a (as seen on TV) backrest.

I'm in this sounds good to me as I help take care of my mom & this will help me with the stress. I will need a lot of alone time on the 1st as this is the 16th anniversary of the day my older brother died in a 1 car roll over accident.

Deeee-stresssing! A Challenge for the soul purpose of relaxing!

Find time for yourself on a daily basis for 15 minutes - 60 minutes by personal choice.

Would not matter what you do while you are relaxing. (A nap, Pace Breathing (see topic) manicure, message, or listening to soft music, reading a good book, etc.)

2-week Challenge. You may join at anytime.

Beginning Saturday, September 1
Ending Saturday, September 15
