I would have to say walking. I enjoy going for walks with my husband after dinner, but that has been put on hold until this heat wave is over. I really enjoy doing Leslie Sansone's Walking dvds. I have a collection so I never do the same two each week, unless I want to

I love so many it's hard to pick! But, I really like being outside and hiking or walking. I also like fusion DVD's that involve cardio, strength, stretch, pilates and yoga...all rolled into one workout!

yoga, but for cardio, it would have to a brisk outdoor walk.

I hadn't been swimming in years, but I had a ton of fun playing in the pool with my great neices and nephews. I hope to be doing that more often. But I think my favorite exercise is playing ping pong with my husband, especially since I can now beat him half the time.
