Wonderful BRANDTS!!

Day 13: pulled weeds, decided to wear lipstick more often AND sunscreen. Does anyone know how to get rid of those little red lines caused by sun damage?

Day 14: pulled more weeds, wearing sunscreen. No need to wear lipstick, yet, today.

CHALLENGE ENDS Day 15!!!

Well, let me see.... I will make a list! emoticon

1. I got my haircut a few days ago. I got quite a bit cut off, to my favorite "pixie" style.

2. Today, I colored my hair a light auburn color. emoticon

3. Over the weekend, I scrubbed my bedroom down & cleaned everything; got rid of an old carpet scrap that was in there (yep, it wasn't a real throw rug...it was just a big scrap.)

4. We have finished painting DS room, and purchased paint for more rooms. DH started painting the bathroom a lil while ago.

5. I can't quite declutter the house until our garage sale, which will be June first. For now, I am collecting stuff all throughout the house and getting rid of much. It's a wonderful feeling. Amazing what you are willing to get rid of when you think you might be moving soon.

Had a full set of fake nails put on Sat 5-5-2012, with french manicure (my favorite) i have not had fake nails in a long time. They are a little long so I will probably go back and have them cut down a bit.
Cleaned my whole house on the weekend 5-4-5-6-2012 my DH and kids helped, but the house looks wonderful so it was worth all the work.

DEBBY: You sure live in a different world than I do!!! That's because you love snow. emoticon

SUGAR: :-) I know about those allergies. I stopped wearing eye makeup a long, long time ago.

Didn't do anything much Challenge-wise, yesterday. Our microwave went on the fritz when I was trying to make my breakfast tea. Day went downhill from there until DH brought home a HUGE microwave that is more powerful and faster and..... oh Joy! Something to figure out.

So, today: Trying to make my cuticles nicer (going out tonight) with Burt's Bees Lemon butter cuticle creme. Sounds tasty!

I like this idea. Although it's still winter until June. But maybe I can get the yard in shape by the end of the month. I still have the studs on my snow tires on my car. I will have to get those off soon too!

Yesterday we FINALLY got our den back together after repairing a leak and redoing the floor. Still 2 transitions to put in but it looks like a room! And I can sit on the couch and have a place for my teacup!

After my swim today we played Bridge with friends and I did roll my hair and put makeup on. My allergies are giving me fits with my eyes and 2 of my fingers so too much fancying up is not possible.

My flowers and plants are fancying themselves up. One that I thought would die over the winter is blooming so pretty! emoticon
My irises are blooming for the first time in 3 years and it looks like I will get lot's of strawberries this year. YUM!

Thank you, BLUE, for catching my typo.

Day 3: finished DEcluttering the bedroom. (I had cluttered it with DH's hippos to celebrate his birthday last month. Yard work. AND, gave my childhood doll, Molly, a bath and a change of clothes. I'd take a pix of her for my SP page, but her shoes are still drying.

Hi everyone!!!

Is this the challenge....I purchased a new red velvet, matte formula nail polish from Avon.
Did my nails yesterday in them. First time I have tried the matte look....It's a dry look, not shiny, but I like it....different. Color is like a deep red burgundy with just a but of shine not wet looking. Also did some cleaning, so I had to redo them. Water n nailpolish does not get along well...and I only did one coat.

emoticon Trimmed my brows, uncluttered the bathroom, swept the outside of the house, pulled weeds from my flower pots.

Day 2: Am trying an anti-wrinkle cream, pulled some weeds, and am in the process of decluttering my bedroom.

I like this challenge. Yesterday I fell off the horse and ate a piece of cake. Today I gave myself a manicure using Salley Hansen's Complete Manicure polish in "Shell we Dance." I went a little crazy at the beginning of the week and filed my nails down to nubs. Hence a light colored polish and eating the cake yesterday.

This is a good idea. I was hoping to make a hair appt for myself today, but will have to try calling later. I got new glasses yesterday; I think I need to add a new haircut and color to the mix.

"April showers bring MAY flowers" BLOOMING! This is a 2-week Challenge, starting Tuesday, May 1st. You may join at any time.

Do something to help yourself bloom. (pedicure, manicure, facial, haircut, new outfit)
This may include seeing muscle definition and/or weight loss.

If you've already done those things, how about BLOOMING your environment (house, yard, car)?

If you do this one, we'd like to live vicariously through you. i.e. details! If you purchase a nail polish, we'd like to know what color. That type of thing.

Challenge ends Tuesday p.m. May 15.
