Track your WATER intake.
If you can drink 8 of water a day, consider 9.
If you drink bottled water; try Penta water. It absorbs more readily into your cells. One doc claims we are all dying from dehydration! Distilled water is dead water. Volvic water is great because it is slightly alkaline, has lots of electrons and has the right amount of minerals.
Sorry ~~ coffee, sodas and other beverages don't count.
However herbal tea does count: If you drink tea (go for organic, etc) -- 'There are over 4,000 flavonoids that have been discovered in teas that are all anti-inflammatory. Natural substances in teas also cut your appetite.' from "Breakthrough" by Suzanne Somers
You may count water flavored with lemon or other non-sweetened flavors. I know there are Ladies who do not like the taste of water. (My mom was one of them.)
