Please post the Increased cardio minutes.
For example, if my two-week cardio goal is 100 extra minutes, I would try to log in 100 or more extra minutes for that period. Or my goal could be to do an extra 10 minutes of cardio per day. Then the next day, increase it to 15 minutes. Or walk an extra half mile per day. Or . . .?

As BRANDTSGIRL says, "For those who already do cardio have a boost it up a bit if we already do 60 a day up it 5+more a day. Or if they do 30 minutes a day the same, boost it up. If they walk 3 miles a day say go a little bit further."
