I agree....baked apples...especially granny Smith are awesome!
I really like cauliflower. I make a "creamed" soup that is so good with cauliflower. You use evaporated milk, not cream...and puree the cauliflower.

That's so cool you painted your room Hibiscus, Sherio! Hibiscos tea reminds me a lot of cranberry juice, possibly cuz its tart and the same color. It love it, too... but have to be careful because it lowers blood pressure.
O baked apples are the bomb! LOVE them with honey, cinnamon some walnuts and raisins. Bet they'd be good in my crock pot... will have to try that.
Elisa...Granny Smith apples NOM! love those too! Baked Granny Smith apples... now you're talkin!

Iced coffee... I prefer all my beverages (except water) hot even in summertime... so no. Marshmellows are great on cocoa or if you are making somemores... other than that, um... no.
Hibicus tea...(popular in Latin cuisine) hot or cold or not at all?

I agree on the calories, but I love the texture so have it from time to time.
My girls got me started on it, we used to make it at home with hot tea, coconut milk, spices and honey.. (yeah no calories there! ha) so it reminds me of them whenever I make it.
Italian ices are too ice-y for my tastes... But I do love Gelato... the type in Italy, not the stuff I've had here from a container. No doubt the ambiance had something to do with it... eating from a container in front of my TV isn't quite the same! ha
So what about Gelato? : ) Mzzchief

Which ones?
The stone crab claws are like little parrot beaks. You've got to break them open with a hammer... the shell is super thick. When they harvest them, they're only allowed to take one claw, and throw the crab back to grow another.
They have a "beefier" taste to them. The texture of their flesh is cool. Its like little fibers all stacked up parallel to one another. When you eat them they kinda dissolve in your mouth into the fibers to chew. In that way the texture reminds me of the heart of an artichoke.
I haven't had them since I moved from Florida 20 odd years ago! Let me see if I can find a pic for you...okay this one shows they cracked and ready to dip and roll! NOM!!!weektips.com.br/viagem/restaurantes-em-mia mi/
The flying fish roe is little balls(eggs), you can get it flavored with wasabi (the green type), orange(the natural) but I like it colored black with squid ink.. they just look cooler that way! They are a little bigger than the "o" on this page. They pop in your mouth and are salty. NOM!
