When I exercise, I would have to move our recliner. That chair got moved all over the place! LOL

Well what I do is to check out all of the videos and decide which one (ones) I want to do and then line them up by opening up the boxes and putting up the video(s). When I finish one I open up the next window and start the other video. I have my computer in the kitchen and I have enough room if I move the kitchen table over to the side. A lot of the videos don't require too much room. I also put something under the monitor to tilt it towards the floor to make for easier viewing. It works for me. emoticon

I'm starting at the beginnig of exercising. Taking it slow. Almost too slow. I reach a certain point then something happens and I have to start all over again. I've gotta break this cycle!!!!!

I know what you mean LovesLife. Many of the Spark People videos are only 7 - 10 minutes and you are done before you even realize. If you do one, you might even get the incentive to do another one or even something else!

Sounds great Elisa. Sorry you weren't feeling well. I did 35 minutes of Spark People videos and was out for a walk in the park when I got a terrible queasiness in my stomach and we had to turn around after a mile and go home. 1st time that ever happened. Finally feeling a better now.... anyway glad you were able to to your stretches and go for a walk!

So, how are you doing? I'm doing better. Actually did my stretches and went for a walk. This is after laying around in bed for most of the morning. Guess what I really needed was rest. I see an improvement with my stretching and walking. Yippee! Some day, I will do Zumba again!!!!

He's as skinny as a rail. He needs to gain some weight. I'm wondering if it is water weight. Remember what SP says that one gains a bit of weight when they first start exercising? Something to do with protecting the muscles or something.
