I JUST JOINED A TREAD THAT IS TITTLED LOOSE 50LB BY JUNE. IVE BEEN HAVING A REALLY BAD TIME TRYING TO JUST GET THROUGH A DAY WITHOUT EATING EVERYTHING IN SIGHT.THEN I FOUND THAT TREAD AND I KNOW ITS NOT MUCH BUT I HAVE GONE 3 DAYS EATING WELL AND IM FEELING REALLY GOOD ABOUT IT.

I was thinking for next month, maybe we could work another part of our body, along with the cardio. I have a saggy butt... and maybe we could do like... squats or something... yeah I'm sick of my saggy butt. What do you guys think?

Hi all I am new to this thread. Ilike your challenge ideas. I want to add walk/running to my day. I have ahard time tracking on sparks. Just to darn lazy. I do reflect back on the kind of foods I eat during the day, I think that keeps me on track the most. I would love to join you Lynn

I like ABHSLH's idea but add a twist: that we comment at the end of the day in our "Today's Nutritional Notes" about our feelings on the food we ate that day such as how difficult it was staying under the max or how we feel about how we did for the day or whatever strikes our fancy about our daily calorie track.
Note: this suggestion is born from the fact that under dr's orders, I am not allowed to do any exertion for another 4 weeks! So any exercise challenge would be out of the realm of possibilities for me.

Now that I have reached my BIG 50: Years wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul.
My personal challenge for October will be trying to log in all of my foods and exercises on a daily basis. I tend to stick to my plan of reaching my goals better if I log in everything. I also eat more wisely and try to get in my exercise time. I realize that I am not going to always be able to do it on a daily basis but I will surely try to do better than I have been. I have not met my goal yet and hope to lose 10 lbs by the end of October.

My own preferences are for challenges that focus on one or two things rather than combining all aspects of lifestyle change. Exercise minutes, scale losses, measurement losses, water intake, calorie ranges etc. I tend to stick to a challenge that doesn't make me account for everything every day. I know some people like the challenge of tracking everything so if that is what people want I can pick my own things from the challenge to do.
