I will go to the gym when I get off work!! I just joined a gym and took my first class - body Pump - and right in front of me was a young lady shorter than me!! I didn't get to talk to her, but nice to see someone else 5' tall doing the class. It uses bar weights and was pretty hard! Then I went to the sauna-ahhh- warm and relaxing.

I will eat a more balanced breakfast. Thought about it yesterday while eating my breakfast from my work cafeteria and thought, I could not only save me money, but a few pounds since I have no idea how they make their sausage patties or hashbrowns. Today is a new leaf for me in eating a more balanced breakfast. Baby steps are key!

Actually, eat a bit more and drink a bit more. Had a busy day yesterday and though I did not skip meals what I ate was either liquidy (soup) or not much of a bulk. Evening dinner, which was a perfect portion cup of side dish half a cup of stew and 2 cups of iceberg salad, made my stomach hurt, I could feel it streching.

Make an evening meal and eat even if DH is not home. Last night I waited and made bad choices (except for the steamed cauliflower).

Friday and Saturday planted in my garden and took extra walks with my yorkie, Toruk. So today will be for resting, walking Toruk and grocery shopping. Lucinda

Son had friend stay over and he brought COOKIE DOUGH.....then forgot to take it home. SO....sugar monster found me with cookie dough and took over......If it hadn't been in house, I'd been fine. HUGE weakness !!! HUGE Trigger !! ........

Got to have kids bake and eat them today !! Starting over on sugar detox (3 birthday celebrations this week, dinner theatre, then the cookie dough was too much for my body to handle this week.....or my mind to handle).

Today is a new day.

I actually feel pretty good about yesterday. I guess for one thing I'd do better today is drink less drinks that aren't water. I had coffee, diet lemonade from chick-fil-a, and soda. I did have 10 glasses of water, but I usually have more water. That's what I'll do today. Drink more water!

Start eating right again. Yesterday was my once every three months dinner theater where I eat everything I want with no guilt. lol ......it put me into maintaince level which I'm ok with. This week, it's back to watching and counting so I can lose these last 8 pounds.

Everytime I walk from the front office to mine (when no customers are in here lol) I'm going to do walking lunges. Hard on my knees, but if I only do a couple at a time throughout the day it might be ok ....hope noone sees me. lol emoticon

Compare today to yesterday only.......I thought this might be a good way for short term goals which I need more of !!!

Today I want to get outside.....yesterday I thought a lot about it while sitting at computer watching tv shows........ (I hate the cold and getting out with 30 degree weather is never high on my list). Not a good excuse though....

How can you make today better than yesterday ??
