Hi Deanna, Welcome. Tracking your food is really an eye opener and can keep you from eating bad choices I find. That is what really helped get my weight moving in the right direction.

It's obvious that I can use a few new friends... my only friend posting on my friend feed is SparkGuy.
I'm on a two week login streak and have a goal of 130 by thanksgiving. I'm active duty navy officer so I have access fitness time. I'm tracking and find that tracking isn't so much fun when I over "portion". ;) Could use some chatter and some two way encouragement. Check out my page for more details. Let's do this! Deanna
