I just finished a book by Kim Bensen called Finally Thin!. She had inspiritional qoutes throughout the book, which was about her weight loss. A couple that I liked are:
"A moment on the lips, a long time on the hips."
"You don't have to do this FOREVER. You just have to do this for TODAY. Everyday."
I plan on posting these somewhere in my house as a reminder of what I have to do.
