This is the wonderful part of spark people. I, too, have fallen by the wayside. I stopped logging my food, which gave me permission to eat things that were not healthy, because I didn't have to answer to myself. I joined SP January last year, and I lost 15 pounds! I have been watching my weight, and though I haven't gained all of that back, I have lost all of the muscle I was building and gained back most of the fat in my hip region. I realized I was in trouble. I decided to stop ignoring it and get back on the wagon, so move over y'all. I need a seat! We will do this together. I feel such support on SP, and now I am accountable to myself again. We can do it!
