Hey everyone. You all probably noticed that I haven't been here in a while. A long while. Well because I haven't done "my program", I'm just about back to where I started almost 3 years ago! My clothes are tight (I REFUSE to buy bigger sizes!!), I feel awful, and I'm really out of shape. My food portions and choices have been out of control.
So, let's try this again, shall we? I do know what I need to do; it has worked before. The challenging part is getting back to it, which is what I'm trying to do now!
I've been taking a "personal retreat" this weekend, just to take stock of where I am, how I got there and where I want to be.
I really need to be accountable to you all. We are a team, after all, right?
