When I first starting my weight loss journey, I set up rewards but I found that I needed or wanted them sooner than the weight came off. For example, I wanted to get shorts near the beginning of the summer. I wanted an Ipod once I was running more than 20 minutes at a time. I don't have the patience for pound lost goals.
I'm finding enough motivation with posting my measurements at the end of each month. Showing my progress to you, keeps me motivated. I love sharing my progress with Sparkies.
