I have off from work the next couple of days. I usually work 2jobs both very active. I agree that I love routine and find myself eating almost the same things every day. Between the vacation and the snow (yes snow on Easter)I am really relying on the sp support.

I'm so glad to have found this discussion! It helps me to remember that I'm not alone. I fell off the SP wagon for the past couple of weeks as well. While trying to at least maintain without tracking my food to a "t", that's exactly what I did. MAINTAINED. But, I have 12 pounds to go still! So...I made my healthy grocery shopping list this morning and am headed out to get back on track. WE CAN ALL DO THIS!

Absolutely, Erin! I am finding myself counting down until Monday. I can't believe how much I have come to count on my routine and schedule with my spark buddies and just logging everything in. I think everybody is just kind of holding their breath right now to get through the holiday weekend and back to comfort of knowing what lies ahead. We can do this and we will. Thanks for reminding me I am not alone.

We are definitely all in this together. I am coming off of a ROUGH week. Once I did "bad" I decided to take some time "off" and see how I did in the "real world". I haven't kept up on posts and I haven't been logging my food. I woke up this morning and decided that this is one "break" NOBODY is benefiting from. I have found many of my old habits already. I have come TOO FAR to throw it all away.

We are all hear for you! Today is a new day and it is the day I get back on track . . . join me! :)

It absolutely comes down to me and what I ultimately choose to do, but I draw so much positive energy from others on SP! It helps me to have a network of people for support, especially since no one in my life is supportive of my weight loss goals (no one else thinks I have to or should lose weight). I also love hearing about different strategies others use to break through plateaus, avoid binges and achieve their goals!

I almost lost it last niteemoticon but did stop and think about how I would feel in the morning. Then this morning I woke up at 4a.m. and was starving. I did eat but made some pretty good choices. Motivation and support are great but at the end there is only me.

you can count on me! I have been headed down the same path. . .have come to a halt with my weight loss and out of frustration have not been doing great with my eating. . .I am just coming off a major binge day. . .so this will be a good way for me to get a track as well!

Whenever I start deviating, I ask myself why. What's behind that behavior that's making it happen? Then I go look at my before picture and the possibility of ever looking and FEELING that way again is so scary to me that it immediately makes me get back on track.

While support and motivation are wonderful to have, at the end of the day, we can only be accountable to ourselves.

Okay, so I've been on a small break from rigorously counting my calories and pushing the exercise for a couple of weeks. I've starting eating crazy meals - giant breakfasts and lunches and no or a small dinner. Which in turn leaves me starving the next morning. My fruits and veggies have decreased and Diet Coke has become a staple again. Not a good cycle! I'd love for some people to help me regulate my portions and meals and help keep me accountable!! If anyone's interested, please reply here or sparkmail me.
