I fell off the wagon for a long time - starting over today! my goals for the rest of this month are:

Exercise at least 5 times a week.
Drink my water every day.

Ack, I got way off in September, so I need some goals.

1) Exercise daily
2) No inbetween meal snacking

That might be enough to start!

1. exercise at least 3x week
2. track my food intake daily--adjust diet as needed to remain within recommended range
3. drink 5 glasses of water daily (trying to work my way up to 8)
4. provide positive support to my fitness challenge partner on a regular basis

October goals

1. Eat light & healthy.
2. Get rid of 5 pounds of excess fat.
3. Exercise 10 min (or more) most days of the week.
4. Get plenty of sleep.
5. Practice deep breathing & relaxation.
6. Play & have fun!

What are yours

Here are mine....

1. lose 10 lbs this month
2. stay with the calorie range of my program
3. work out 5 out of 7 days per week...
4. celebrate my bday with a bang....but stay within the range
