While the idea makes some sense, in practice I haven't been very successful at losing weight while eating back any calories I burn during workouts. I log here and at myfitnesspal. While SP does not adjust for calories burned in the food tracker, myfitnesspal does. It's so tempting to look think I can eat more if I just work out. But I don't seem to lose doing that. So I'm back to doing the SP way and will just have to see hoe that goes. Sometimes it can so confusing!
An AAngel appears to be just like everybody else, only more so.
