I'm definitely "Eating when I'm hungry and stopping when I'm satisfied" since I tend to eat when there's food, and stop when I'm stuffed. I've been trying to improve both of those, but it is slow going.

I don't think this was listed per se but I'd say I have a hard time with food choice. I'd rather have piece of cheese or chocolate than a yogurt or a fruit. Making those choices is hardest for me I'd say.

Which normal-eating concept do you have the hardest time accepting?



Eating when I'm hungry and stopping when I'm satisfied

Using my food preferences as a guide when making choices

Creating a caloric deficit over time, not necessarily daily

Sometimes it's okay to eat for other reasons besides nutrition

There are no good and bad foods

I don't have to feel hungry in order to lose weight
