Not because of weight/health issues exactly, but I tend to slide onto the depressive side when I get off diet. I react badly to carbs, and when I eat too many, it throws my whole chemistry off. I realize that and I try to eat well, because I know I feel better and sleep better and am more productive when I do.

every day .... I have poor body image to begin with, then when I see all the extra me it makes it worse. I have vertigo and issues with my gallbladder so I can't eat what I want, and other stuff. When I think about it it really gets me down, then I eat. So I try not to think about it and stay on the positive - my hubby and family love me the way I am - and remembering that does help me .... A LOT!
