My husband, myself and our 2 kids take a taekwondo class 2x a week. It is a lot of fun. I only get nervous when we are having a test. There are family of other classmates watching, and I get nervous. I did really well on my last belt test which was last week, and I now have a green belt in taekwondo

I go to Step Interval on Monday and Saturday and to Spin Classes on Wednesday and Friday and sometimes on Sundays. There are core/pilates classes on Tues & Thurs but I don't usually do those.
I've got some new friends by attending the classes who now keep me accountable by saying things like...."see ya tomorrow" or "see you next week!"
I occasionally take Zumba, Spin, Boot Camp, Pilates, Will Power & Grace, kickboxing & various ST type classes. Yes I do get nervous or scared to take some workout classes but I find if I pretend I am working out alone & just focus on the instructor or go w/a friend that helps to overcome my fears
