My husband, myself and our 2 kids take a taekwondo class 2x a week. It is a lot of fun. I only get nervous when we are having a test. There are family of other classmates watching, and I get nervous. I did really well on my last belt test which was last week, and I now have a green belt in taekwondo

I occasionally take Zumba, Spin, Boot Camp, Pilates, Will Power & Grace, kickboxing & various ST type classes. Yes I do get nervous or scared to take some workout classes but I find if I pretend I am working out alone & just focus on the instructor or go w/a friend that helps to overcome my fears

Do you take any workout classes? If so, which workout classes are your favorite? Have you been (or are you) scared or nervous to take a workout class? Do you have an recommendations on how to get over those feelings?
