Have a phone is perfect--just find the app. The app makes it easier to track food and exercise. You'll still have to come here to chat on the board and participate in our upcoming contests!!!

lol, I know, right? i have an android smart phone, I'm playing Kinect Adventures, Your Shape Fitness Evolved, and Kinect Sports, and having a laptop and internet on my phone make it fairly easy for me to access SparkPeople

LOL, yeah, if tracking was quick and easy, we would all be the perfect specimen of health. While being one of the most difficult habits to get into, it is one of the most rewarding.

First a few questions:

1) do you have a smart phone or tablet?
2) what games are you playing?
3) how easily and often can you access SparkPeople?

With these answers, we can come up with a good plan to help you log all that great effort you are putting forth!

Hey All, I have been working out everyday since i started the website, keeping track of what i eat as well, but i have the hardest time trying to log that i've eaten or worked out. what would be a quick and easy way to do this?
