my Goals for Jan
-lose atleast 5 lbs
-start healthy eating habbits
-workout with YSFE 2012 at least 3 times a week in the morning before work

Motivation doesn't last but neither does bathing, that's why it is recommended daily.

My January Goals:

*Lose 5 lbs this month.
*Log 500 fitness minutes
*Complete January JumpStart Challenge
*Make drinking water more of a habit, than a 'do I have to?'
*Make use of our XBox Kinect (we've had it since last Xmas and it has not gotten as much use as it should have!)
*Start searching for healthier snack & meal alternatives
*Plan, plan, plan! If I don't plan meals and exercise everything usually goes to hell in a hand basket for me

Lose at least 5 pounds.
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day most days.
Get my GHG every day (Weight Watchers).
Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.
No sneaky eating.

My goals for January 2012 include:

Weight loss = 5 lbs or more.
Exercise as many days of the week as I can, preferably on the Kinect.
Stay active on SP.
Blog more often.
Work on reviewing and writing up my goals for this year!

My goal for January is to be active consistently = Physical Therapy T, Th, Sat and Biggest Loser on Kinect M, W, and F. I'm trying to add Leela to after work for stress management and walk at lunchtime but those are extras.

Hello all! I just joined this group. I have had a Kinect for several months, but my mom ordered YSFE for me, and it should arrive any day now. I have Dance Central 1 & 2. I am doing the 28 day boot camp challenge and use DC2 for my daily cardio.

My goal is to lose 4-5 pounds per month (average 1 lb / week). I need to lose about 50 pounds, so it will take me a year, more or less. That means that 2012 will be a year of change for me, making healthier habits and building a healthier, happier me. I have gone through a lot of heart break during the past few years, and I hope to really heal from those wounds as I invest my efforts in me.
