A hearty congratulations to Yagermonster!!! Yager has won our contest via a draw on Random.Org.

I checked both his Spark tracker and his Xbox history; Yagermonster’s name should really be: UFC Monster. I did about an hour of Fruit Ninja last week total and I started another 2 month program on UFC Fitness, which had me do workouts Thurs, Fri & Sat. On my days off on the game, I've been randomly sending challenges to my peeps.

I played in the Kinect Labs, Mutation Station which is neat when it shows my body with a super strong chest and arms, the rest was silly. Then I tried the Battle Stuff in the labs, which was also another 1/2 hr of neatness. I took my dogs stuffed animals, scanned them into the kinect and watched them fight. (The Fun Labs are just for fun, I don't think anything there made me break a sweat).

Ok...I exercised on the Kinect 3 times this week. (actually more than that). I think I am supposed to post here 1x per week about the exercise for the week? I don't know how to do a link to my fitness tracker, so I joined the team goal and added my days and time there. It wouldn't let me specify which Kinect games, but maybe it will if I post on the same day? I'll try that today. If I am doing this wrong, please let me know!

Count me in! I'm still trying to get the hang of how to post in my fitness tracker my time on the Kinect - is Gunstringer a dance? general aerobic activity? What about Rise of Nightmares, which plays much like the hokey poky with kickboxing? opinions?

Oh, and I spent about 20 min playing Your Shape, Fitness Evolved tonight. I forgot just how hard that was - no warmup, right into the crazy! After just a little bit of Bollywood dance, Zen, and hooping, I'm ready for a nap. =)

To track exercising with Kinect, you can either create your own exercise and say what Kinect game you were using, or you can sign up for the team goal at the bottom of the team's page. I think the first option might be easiest. Let us know if you have any specific questions on doing this.

Count me in too! Fitmas...what a great idea! I have gotten hooked on the 10 min a day exercise routine. And of course, I almost always go much longer. Especially with the Kinect...it's hard to stop once I get started playing.

I read in the daily spark that are approximately 7 weeks or so left until the end of the year. Instead of having the holiday gain of pounds, I resolve to exercise at least 10 minutes a day. I don't know about you but once I get started, I end up doing an entire workout. The potential is there to loose 14 pounds! Who is with me, participate in Fitmas!
