I have no candy temtptation (don't like it) but this is a great idea. I need to really see how much I am eating right now and make sure I am getting the right balance of protien, fat, and carbs. So...I started logging today.
Several of us will be around Halloween candy this week. We'll either be handing it out, having our kids bring it into the house, or seeing it around work.
Here's the challenge this week = track every Bite, Lick, and Taste (BLT). One or two Snickers may add up to 7 Snickers over the course of the week. Let's put in good practice as we approach the holidays and track, track, track.
