No Halloween candy for me! I do allow myself a bit of dark chocolate several times a week. Does that count as BLT? I always add it to my nutrition tracker.

Sunday: 0 - good thing this didn't start Saturday.
I have no candy temtptation (don't like it) but this is a great idea. I need to really see how much I am eating right now and make sure I am getting the right balance of protien, fat, and carbs. So...I started logging today.
With two kids, there's no way to keep the candy out of the house. So this will be a good challenge for me!
I've found that the "fun size" candies actually help my diet - if I eat just one to satisfy a craving, rather than a full sized candy bar. The trick is eating just one....
This is a great challenge for me.

Several of us will be around Halloween candy this week. We'll either be handing it out, having our kids bring it into the house, or seeing it around work.
Here's the challenge this week = track every Bite, Lick, and Taste (BLT). One or two Snickers may add up to 7 Snickers over the course of the week. Let's put in good practice as we approach the holidays and track, track, track.
Come back here, tell us your victory in tracking and get yourself a Spark Goodie!!
