I created a public Google calendar with a rotating menu. It's laid out so that I don't have the same "day" in several years...lol. With 18 breakfasts and 12 lunches, every day is covered. Dinners are a little more tricky. I have poultry on Mondays and Wednesdays; there are 29 weeks worth of poultry menus (58 individual meals). Tuesdays I have pork; there are 16 of those. Thursdays are beef nights; 19 different menus there. Fridays are when I do my food shopping, so those are pizza/pasta nights. I only have 9 of those. I left the weekend dinners open so far. I'm planning on making at least 25 weekend menus with everything from stew to fish to "Sunday Dinners". I used to use Google Docs for meal planning - but found that my husband's work schedule makes our life so crazy that I needed something I could edit super-quick-on-the-fly-like-five-minutes-b efore-dinner... my solution: post it notes. lydaalexander.com/wordpress/2011/07/ 13 /wfmw-menu-planning/
I plan however much in advance I can - usually a week, and rearrange as needed. The only downside is I can't see it from work, lol.
As for what we're eating tonight? Chicken & noodle casserole, with veggies. Yay!

Looking for some good nutritious meal ideas. Tomorrow I am having a turkey breast that I'm going to roast in the slow cooker so it will be ready by the time I get home from golf in the evening. Still have to run and pick up today's supper though. Not sure what I'm going to have today.
