My goal is to lose between 5-10 lbs this month.Anything would be great actually. Training for a 10 k this month for a race next month.Goal is to stick with my training schedule,(I wish it would stop raining, and quit trying to snow). Also sticking with the eating plan.

I would like to drop 8 pounds by the end of the month and do Dance Central & Your Shape Fitness. I'm currently now allowed to lift my left hand over my head or run, but that should lift in a couple of weeks.
