I lost 3.4 pounds this week. I'm still chasing 195 but I feel refocused since I figured out what I'm allergic to. Alot of the puffiness of my skin seems to be going away.

I weighed in at the same weight as last week so at least I didn't gain anything. It wasn't a great week for me but now it's time to get refocused. Happy Wednesday!

Down to 142! Hello, lovely pair of jeans I haven't been able to wear since spring! Expecting the weight to come off more slowly now. Started longer runs for my half marathon training. Makes my body want to hang onto every calorie, plus the added muscle. Still hoping to be under 140 by the 2nd week of February or so. Also started measuring my inches too, to keep my motivation up!

Didn't change my beginning weight on Spark, but it was 156 on the 2nd of January. Down to 149 this morning! Not that I was trying to lose that much so fast! Cutting out drinking almost completely, drinking all my water, not 'grazing' at work....and the Kinect....all paying off!

Today I'm at 246.9...still moving down. My Wii Fit hit a spike too, after last weekend. My parents visited and we ate out the entire time. It was nice and I thought I did decent, but can't continue that upward trend.
