Started here at 195. Lost 5 pounds in the first few weeks and over the past 10 days i've lost another 4. Now at 186!

The elevator to success is out of order. You'll have to use the stairs...one step at a time.

As of Sunday Jan. 6 I weighed 189.0 lbs.. Let's hope more comes off!!

Small baby step goals to begin with so I don't get discouraged again

Sometimes you get knocked down, but you somehow have to get back up again..

small steps at a time

Nothing taste as good as thin feels

goals:

5lbs by Jan 8- Done
10lbs by Feb 8
10lbs by March 8
10lbs by April 8
10lbs by May 8
10 lbs by June 8

If I can do that- that will be 55lbs gone by my sisters wedding in June weight would be 141

10lbs July 8 <

Used the food tracker yesterday and what do you know...finally got the rest of that first pound off! WooHoo! Finally got my weight ticker to move! My goal is one pound/week, so I am right on target now.

I gained a pound this week. I'm going to blame the holiday. I didn't overeat on Easter but I think the stress of hosting the holiday at my house and having to have everything perfect got to me, and left me a little out of whack for a few days. Plus I had a decent amount of wine that weekend. I'm back in gear now though!

Hi, I was just wanting to post a small accomplishment of mine. I started playing dance central2 four weeks ago and after two weeks of dancing on fitness mode for 1 hr, 5 days a week i had only lost 1/2lb. I kept with it and the scale still wasn't budging. This last week i decided to add a little weight training on my bowflex and i purchased a roman/hyper extension bench to work my abs and back and i think that extra added work is what i needed because i finally lost another 2.5lbs! 4 weeks down and i am hoping to be bikini ready for this summer! Thanks for letting me share!

171 this morning. That's 11 pounds since I bought my scale while I was out Christmas shopping about a week or so before the holiday. I probably never would have made such progress if I hadn't bought that one gift for myself. I say I gave myself the gift of motivation for Christmas.
