emoticon are killing my hands!!! I started off doing them on my forearms but the longer they get the harder!!!

The push ups are getting easier (modified ones) and my arms are looking good!!

My biggest struggle has been the sit ups but now the planks are beginning to get longer so its a challenge but we can do it emoticon

I was looking forward to this challenge but I hurt my shoulder in December. I'm still not able to do plank exercises or push ups. I will have to opt out. Good luck everyone!!
