I needed some extra motivation really bad and I think this may help, although I'm trying to be less addicted to the scale. 3/1 - 146.4 lbs 3/9 - 141.0 lbs
Down since the beginning of the year, and hoping to continue that trend! Weighing in today, but my official weigh-in day is Monday.
Starting weight 3-1: 143 3/5: 143 3/12 148 3/19 150 sodium and water weight! 3/26 143 3/31
Goal: 5lbs lost Goal weight: 138 (range is 135-145, aiming for lower end)
