Will try to be more active in team in the future.
Since I don't have weight to lose, do have to keep the motivation going.
Look forward to a Spring challenge.
Shake off the winter and shed the winter clothes to more revealing ones
I'm sure some toning up is called for..

I always like fitness challenges. I don't like challenges that focus on weight loss as those tend to make me eat poorly.

March is the time to get marching or running - simply get moving. weather you start mini-spring cleaning projects or just marching for 5 minutes before grabbing a snack. just get moving rather then overeating.

emoticon Is anyone excited about fall other than me?? I just looove the fall and winter seasons, but I'm also excited because I will have more time to devote to workouts and eating healthier!! Summer is full of fun, family, and vacation and it makes it tougher to stay responsible health wise. Next week I will start making changes to our team but

We need:

New name for team: Fit for fall, but more ideas are welcome submit them to me here or on the message boards "Fit for Fall ideas"

New picture for team: still working on that part. If have ideas for pictures send me a sparkmail and we can exchange personal emails for you to send me pictures.

@KTTAYLOR21 Thanks for the feedback. The water goal is one I'm doing currently for myself so I make add that along with the snack attack challenge. I think I will only run 2 challenges next month because our team is not as active as it use to be. I'm hoping to get a few members to join us!

I like the weight loss goal, the Six-Pack March (I intend on doing this one for SURE!!) and the Snack Attack Challenge.

I am trying to increase my water intake to be well over 8 glasses a day. So maybe a water challenge of some sort?

I have a couple challenge ideas for March not sure which to pick but here they are:

1. NO CHEAT MARCH

This challenge will mean eating clean for the entire month and cutting out any food/drink that is your weakness, but occasional treats are allowed no binging allowed.


2. Lose 2-5lbs in March


3. Six Pack March

4. Snack Attack Challenge

This challenge will be focused on healthy snacks.

I'm not sure if any of these challenges will be posted next month, but let me know what you think and also post your ideas here. Also I would love some of you to join me in the strength training challenge ongoing that's been posted our team for awhile now.....summer time is almost here it would make those arms and legs toned and sexy :)

A mini-bootcamp would be good.

How about an accountability challenge? To stay in calorie range, exercise daily, or even more than that. It could be meeting nutrition goals as well as staying in range.

Maybe we can challenge in on some of our favorite stars to use as a team name, like
Team Monique or Team Jennifer as in Jennifer Hudson, the have done great things with losing weight, or some of out fitness Guru's, just a thought.
