Stress Reliever - Ummm...I want to say "something" BUT, on a healthier tone, WALKING!!! It really does allow your mind to think about things and relax and better control the stress. (Oops, looks like Key had my idea...LOL) Okay, so another one, "Writing in a journal"!!
