YOU DECIDE HOW MANY MINUTES A DAY YOU WILL COMMIT TO EXERCISE AND MULTIPLY THAT NUMBER BY HOW MANY DAYS ARE IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER.

LET'S SAY YOU WILL MAKE A PLEDGE TO DO 30 MINS. A DAY YOU THEN MULTIPLY THAT NUMBER BY 31 (DAYS IN JANUARY) YOU WOULD THEN PLEDGE 930 MINUTES.

LET'S SEE IF WE CAN MEET OR BEAT OUR PLEDGES!!!
