For you Wii people, remember you can do the step on Get Fit as your stairs or steps and the squats.

There are many different ways to do these so do what works best for you :)

Well I will be able to do the squats and calf raises and steps.. the rest will have to wait until I've lost enough I don't throw something out in the process....LOL

STAIRS:
Use any stairs or steps available but if none is available then step front, front, back, back that counts as 1 rep. Same way with a step aerobics step or stairs itís up up down down is 1 rep.
