I'm loving my M-W-F strength training on our new Total Gym. Never thought I would hear me say that! LOL
Won't I look good in my publicity photos when I am the leanest, meanest, most agile writing machine I can possibly be?
I wanted a place to post healthy foods, snacks and even workouts that you love so much you just have to spread the word!
Oats Revolution RAW Multigrain Hot cereal (160) with Dark Chocolate chips stirred in (80 Cal). Hearty and Chocolaty! Great way to start the day!
Cottage Doubles (100 Cal.) with nuts or seeds added (I add the nuts & seeds - about 40 cal). I like the Peach one with spicy pumpkin seeds and the blueberry with slivered almonds. Just enough to add some crunch (about 1 Tbsp).
Seedless Red Grapes (50 cal) & LF String Cheese (60 cal)
Lean Cuisine Spring Rolls (200 Cal for 3 rolls) and lettuce & FF Catalina Dressing on the side (60 cal) Very filling and flavorful!
