Breakfast: Oats Revolution RAW Multigrain Hot cereal (160) with Dark Chocolate chips stirred in (80 Cal). Hearty and Chocolaty! Great way to start the day!
Snacks: Cottage Doubles (100 Cal.) with nuts or seeds added (I add the nuts & seeds - about 40 cal). I like the Peach one with spicy pumpkin seeds and the blueberry with slivered almonds. Just enough to add some crunch (about 1 Tbsp).
