Last year 2010 during the holiday season I was trying to reach a goal of being under 200 by the New year. I was so focused. And I made it too.
This year I have only a few pounds to reach my new goal of 135. I had already reached my original goal of 145. It is harder this year. I am more lax and I have been seesawing up a lb. down up 2 and down. i have discovered you can't let your eye off the goal, you have to stay on track. That is if you really want to live a more healthy life style and be fit.
So I am once again focused and not going to slip and slide any more down that slippery slope. Too much at stake. I don't want to see an avalanche and if I let my bad habits creep in, just a little it could get out of hand.
So far I feel good about where I am.
It's almost two years since I embarked on this weight loss journey, from 333 lbs to 138 (today).
Thats quite a feat.
