I bought a powdered vegan pure, gluten free, dairy free, soy free nutritional shake mix with no sugar added. It has natural stevia & plant protein & no artificial flavours. It has 2 billion probiotics lots of potassium & omega 3 from flax seed & 24 grams of protein. I bought the berries flavour for $20.00 at walmart. It says it is great tasting. I need a higher protein diet, so will try with my breakfast as I can not eat eggs or peanut butter.

I bought in the health food section of a regular store some gluten free chocolate sandwich cookies. I had company a few days a go and asked if they wanted some & did not say anything. They liked them so much they ate 4 from my cookie jar. The company is called Gluteno. I tried one & enjoyed it later. I will buy them again if on sale, they are expensive if not, I got them on sale for $2.00 off.. Also try store brand Gluten free cookies, Walmart makes gluten free cookies.

Your soup sounds tasty!

I've been trying to find gluten free things without corn or potato in them. Super hard to find! Aside from fully rice things, I pretty much need to make them myself :
Thanks for letting us know about the Betty Crocker GF cookies.
