I'm using an app actually called B210K to do the program. I'm on a treadmill right now until it warms up a little though so I'm not worried about the GPS aspect. Then I've used CardioTrainer for a while and will probably go back to that when I head back outside soon.
Does Endomondo allow you to set up the B210K timers for when you need to switch? And does it intigrate music? Thanks for the tip!
Tomorrow is not a promise. Seize the opportunities while you can!
I have this (free) app called Endomondo that I LOVE! You can program it for running, walking, hiking, etc... It uses GPS and tracks distance, route, pace, and time. And they have a web site ( www.endomondo.com ) where you can see all your stats. You can also add friends and see all of their stats. You can challenge each other, send real-time voice messages (pep talks) and just all sorts of nifty stuff!
If you decide to try it out, let me know so we can add each other as friends there too!
