I did almost 6 miles in 70 minutes. Week 6, Day 1 done today. It's been a long time coming. I was stuck on Week 5 for a LONG time.

Week 6 started today...I managed to even add in a couple extra minutes of running near the end there because I was feeling pretty good. I made it 6 miles in 72 minutes. I'm planning on getting out there again on Wednesday...maybe less hills next time!

So today I was supposed to run an hour straight w/o walking. And you know what???
I ran that hour and still had something left, so I KEPT GOING! I ran for 69:30 -- enough to get me to 5 miles run (yes, I'm slow). I absolutely can't believe it. This program rocks! Believe it and you can do it!!

I can't wait until my 8k race in 2 weeks. At least now I can go to it with the confidence that I won't have to walk!!
