We've been on a Cooking Light roll recently! I had left over cabbage from the scallop recipe that I made this weekend, so I found this soup recipe, and my husband made it. (It's ok to be jealous - my husband is a good cook & he now likes CL too).
Another apple/cabbage combo - The spices make this a really flavorful broth. We doubled the recipe, and I'm glad we'll have a lot of leftovers. We're planning a soup exchange at work soon, and I think I might use this recipe.
