Welcome to the Virtual Walk/Run Your Way to Weight Loss Weekend Challenge!
This is just for fun & another way to keep focused on our weight loss over the weekend. There will be no points calculated or winners announced. We are just going to focus on putting in some extra minutes & increasing our calorie burn for the week!
It’s easy to join! Post your weekend plans here & after you participate in the virtual walk or run, post your accomplishments by the end of the weekend! Simple as that! Do as many or as few as you’d like! Just get up, get moving & have fun with it! Can’t make it outside because of the weather? Find an indoor option ~ indoor track at the gym or a treadmill!
Here’s how this will work ~ You have the following days & miles for your choosing! Pick what works best for you!
Mileage options: 1 mile, 2 mile, 5k (3.1 miles), 10 k (6.2 miles) or half marathon (13.1 miles)
Challenge days ~ Friday, Saturday, Sunday or all three!
