It seems that our lives are dictated by the Go! Go! Go! mentality. Our families and jobs tie up a lot of our time. Add to that trying to squeeze in time at the gym and preparing meals and there is little time for anything else.
This week's challenge is to relax! Find 30 minutes (or more!) this week where you can escape the hustle and bustle and focus on your relaxation. Lay in the hammock in the back yard; go to the spa; meditate, or do something else that you find relaxing. Make sure you are focusing on you. Concentrate on your deep breathing. Consciously relax muscle groups and recognize the feelings.
