This is the recipe shown on the cover of the December 2012 issue. I made this fancy looking pork loin for Christmas dinner. Here's the recipe:
I thought it was delicious. It was a little time consuming - especially when you include the chopping and prep work (like making bread crumbs). I'll probably make this again, but not during a busy weekday.
